Alright so I had way too much fun with this one, even with as stomach turning as it could be, I just went with what I felt worked and here we are. In recent years I’ve not gotten as many posts done during October and that’s a shame because Halloween season is a perfect time to stretch the creativity into the dark side. That’s mostly due to not being around a ton in October over the years and well just the ideas I’ve had at those times. I think I try to keep myself outside of any “blogger box” that I could end up stuck in with every post or photo I do. I don’t like to repeat or do the same vibe of something back to back to back, the same angles, whatever else you can think of. I like mixing it up and doing something different to keep things fresh, like the bodies here.
The idea for this post came about rapidly but it started with one item initially. Masa Plympton of [Deadwool] released a Halloween version of the Sean Suit and when I saw it I knew that there would come a time to use it. That time just happened to be sooner than I expected. I love that it has a few color options for the suit and shirt (blood included) to choose from and as always [Deadwool] is top notch quality. I’ve done a lot more with blood, cuts, and bruises over the last year and obviously with Halloween this is easily a time for it.
I’ve been using Landgraff and RZ. for the majority of that since finding both brands and thankfully RZ. has a brand new release at the October round of LEVEL. The Psycho Knife pack is absolutely killer, pun intended, and I knew I had to work it into this post somehow. Hence my body count, which might very soon include -myself- if I don’t do something about the one in my neck. Nevertheless the options it gives you to be creatively deadly are perfect. There are holdable knives for the left and right hands, as well as ones that are for the chin, head, chest, neck, and eye along with BOM layers for the wound and bleeding to use with each one.
Then of course I wanted to include the CHAINED KURASI from TANAKA because it fit the vibe of what I was doing. Metal and bloody played perfectly into my plan. You can find it at the DreadMorne Township event which runs from October 6th through October 31st. It comes in a fatpack which has both a black version and the OG version which is silver. Make sure to get over there and check everything out, from the little while I was there it seemed like a pretty cool place, and from what I gather it’s an RP sim with combat, though I did not engage in combat while I was there.
