Thirty years of Skillet. Eight concerts. A storm at Summerfest, changing lineups, signed memories, Comatose, Monster, and a band that somehow kept becoming part of my own history. When I first saw Bubble Blvd, the latest collaboration between FOXCITY and Rosary for Collabor88, I expected the backdrop itself to be the star. After all, it would have been easy for it to be. What started as a simple car wash concept evolved into a complete destination experience featuring custom branding, landscaping, signage, running water, interactive elements, and enough personality to make it feel like a place rather than just a backdrop. The moment I arrived, I understood why.
Of all the colors I’ve explored so far, blue has been the quietest. It doesn’t demand attention the way some of the others do. It simply asks us to pause for a moment and consider what we’re still holding onto. Not every burden needs to be carried forever. Not every disappointment deserves permanent space in our lives. Not every difficult chapter needs to remain open.
