It is spooky season and the devil knows I have done some darker posts and pictures lately. I needed to change it up and go in a somewhat lighter direction. You all know me, I’m not a fan of repetitiveness whether it be post type or the style of a photo, or anything being similar. I like changing it up, being outside of the box, and doing something different from time to time. Thankfully before I move into my next “dark” blog I had the time to shoot this shot with Kenzie. I’m not blogging anything in particular because having a post that is solely because you want to do it breaks the cycle a bit.
There are things from Satan Inc though since we both took a shot of this and she’s blogging the event. The Mewbury Cat from Raindale made for some nice Halloween vibes without being over the top. I know there were three different styles, one with rounded lights and one with star lights. You can also change the color of the pumpkins to to one of three colors; green, orange, or purple. We went with green because well green is my color. Gotta do it. The Halloween Lamp Black from :::Phoenix::: is a gift from Satan Inc, and as it was explained to me (I haven’t shopped much because damn it’s been an expensive month), once you spend a certain amount you get the first set of gifts, and once you spend the next set amount, you get the last set of gifts. I can’t tell you which is what, but I’ll update it when I know.
Lastly I finally got around to using the [Deadwool] Vinz tracksuit and [COMPLEX]‘s VINZ 850 sneakers. I bought them at the August round of Alpha and had intended to use them much sooner but other things came up and I just never got around to it. But sitting by a fire on a cool autumn night, and yes it is fucking cold in my neck of the woods this time of year, was a perfect chance to wear them. I am sure you can find both the tracksuit and shoes at their respective stores by now. As with anything [Deadwool] I fatpacked it, no regrets, ever.
