We’re venturing over the wild side for a bit again today. It’s a little less wild than last time though. More suggestion, than straight on “Hello” with this one haha. Mackenzie really wanted to use the chains and I of course was all for the idea of doing something with them. Figuring out what precisely was another story. Since [piXit]’s Malice In Chains pose/prop set (available at this month’s round of Sabbath) is made for her, deciding what I was going to do was not as easy as it normally is for me. I tried quite a few poses but nothing quite fit either my avatar or the idea that I had in my head. So rather than look for an hour more, I ended up winging with some tools and getting reasonably close to the way I had it pictured based on Mackenzie’s pose.
This won’t be a long post because as I’m sure you can tell it’s been a very busy month here. I am very grateful for that and I do have another shot at the ready to post probably tomorrow to complete my goal of getting these all done in July. We had to do a bit of shopping to get the outfits where we wanted them because our starting point was solely the Malice In Chains pose/prop. I think my outfit was easier to figure out because I just turned to toksik and used pants and shoes from there, though you can’t really see either since I shot it in a darker setting.
Now her choices were far more varied. I got the advantage of getting to pick (or so I thought it was an advantage) her look. I landed on {le fil casse} and while I assumed I would have an easy time choosing something, I realized there wasn’t much that I didn’t like so I could have picked twenty or more things there. With the chains, I thought it was smarter to avoid lots of stringy stuff because depending on the pose it might get lost in the shuffle. Thankfully we both liked the Shikara set and went with that in black.
The reason it won’t be long though is I have a project that I need to start chipping away at and the more time I can spend getting the early stages of that done, the better. Vacation is coming up in about two weeks too so time is of the essence. I promise, lots of pictures from vacation, no question about that. Just give me some time to edit and make them how I want them and we’ll do a nice big post to cap it off.
