Happy Independence Day friends! I was short on ideas and have been on an Olympic basketball kick lately thanks to the Netflix documentary “The Redeem Team” from the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. I decided to use the 2012 London Olympics style because it’s what I had ready and the team was largely the same, either way, we’ve got the red, white, and blue. I figured why not pull that into my Second Life since we all know basketball is one of my big things and getting a chance to put some more shine on those gold medals and that team is always a fun time for me. Just trust me when I say that too, we’ll just say the house is decorated with basketball quite a bit.
This won’t be a long post because I have things to do and fireworks to see. Then I get to comfort the dog who cannot stand those fireworks, which will be fun. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe (please don’t blow any body parts off or start things on fire) holiday! If you’ve followed me at all though you know Kobe is a big deal to me. I recommend this documentary 100%, it really shows some fantastic things about not only Kobe but all of the members involved in getting USA Basketball back to the top and resetting the tone.
