This won’t be as long as the last one was I can promise that. This is more of a I liked this stuff kind of post and wanted to write more about ideas and what the future may hold in regards to anything. I don’t really have a plan for my virtual self after a decade plus of SL. It’s kind of nice and kind of weird at the same time. I’ve done a lot in the time that I’ve been on the grid. I’ve blogged, I’ve modeled, I’ve DJ’d, I’ve hosted, I’ve run businesses, I’ve RP’d. You name it and I’ve probably done it.
I don’t know -what- exactly I want to be doing this go round. Maybe a little of whatever feels right? I’ve messed around with the idea of coming back to DJing again. Not on a massive scale but the idea has struck a few times. I definitely loved doing it and being able to put on a show. Music is one of those things that I just naturally love and being able to share something like that with a group of people was a lot more fun than I expected. Maybe there’s a comeback for that. I don’t know what or where but I can always figure that out.
World of Warcraft ramping back up for a new tier of Raid has definitely devoured a large chunk of time. Tons to do when you’re rebuilding parts of your team and managing the day to day of it all. It’s kind of a cross between having a large extended family and being a kindergarten teacher at the same time. I love em, I really do, but there are days where I’m like I would just like to -not- do something. It’s been a never ending treadmill of running dungeons, raid, dungeons, dungeons, raid, repeat. The life of being a guild tank, always someone needing you for something.
I’ve definitely gotten back into taking photos, albeit on a much smaller scale and far less often. But the passion for it is still there. I’ll probably tap into that here and there, especially for things that I really feel strongly about. Or if an idea fits something I’d like to talk about. I find those kind of posts are the best ones as I can just free flow thoughts and let them pour on to the page. I enjoy talking about real things, whats going on in the world, what’s going on in life, all of those things. I feel like we all go through our shit and sharing it is therapeutic for me and if someone else can relate to it or learn from it, then that is awesome. We shall see what’s next, maybe some collaborations. Maybe some music? I miss that a lot.
