This is very very heavily influenced by Stephen King’s IT. I recently got around to watching both Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 so the idea to play around with it was a natural fit. Plus since my SL brother leans more heavily into The Joker I figured this clown was a better fit for me. He’s a bit twisted and totally evil.
I had some fun with this shot. I kind of just came about after sitting around for a bit. It’s been a really good weekend so it seemed kind of odd to go that direction but it worked. I was reasonably happy with the result of it and got a thumbs up from the lady of the house. Good enough reason to use it then. I ended up shooting about 5 shots to get the overlay of bloody and beaten that I wanted for it. Always fun to get into photoshop at midnight and end up with something you like.
Where would I be without you music. Probably in a hole somewhere honestly. Don’t take that literally please, I mean it in a metaphorical kind of way. Music has definitely been my saving grace more times than I can count. I’ve found myself turning to music at any time where I’ve felt like no one else was getting it, or I didn’t have the words to express what I was really feeling. It’s one of those things that no matter your mood or position in life you can always turn to.
