It has been a whirlwind of things going and constant busyness since Charlotte was born. I don’t see it slowing down anytime soon either with the upcoming holidays. We got some Daddy/Daughter time earlier tonight while I was getting situated to write, and she fell asleep right on my arm. The writing had to wait because I was not moving her and waking her up. She’s too cute and looks way too comfortable. Did my hand fall asleep, absolutely, but always worth it. The days and nights have been getting colder as we’ve gotten further into November. It’s almost full-time hoodie season at a minimum in these parts. Winter is not my season, but we’re going to make the best of it.
Thankfully we’re inside so it’s nice and warm. It’s the perfect season for slippers and I’ve got some brand new fancy ones. You could say they are the unicorn of slippers. No, really they’re unicorn slippers. That’s right at this month’s round of equal10 (November 10th through December 5th,) [Bad Unicorn] has the Fluffy Unicorn Slippers available in four different colors! I kept it simple today and wore my white ones, but Charlotte was eyeing the pink ones too. I’m sure we’ll show those off soon cause the little one will not let me forget.
