Normally I have an idea or come up with something to showcase new things but this time I really didn’t have an idea ahead of time. So I did some digging through things I hadn’t used and ended up in a really simple shot that accomplished the goal. I definitely wanted to highlight [MAGNIFICENT]‘s brand-spankin’ new BALDER Bento Braided Goatee Beard, which is available at this month’s round of Man Cave! It is rigged specifically for SIX LeLutka heads, those six being EON, SKYLER, QUINN, JON, ALAIN, and LOGAN. Now I am 1000% partial to anything [MAGNIFICENT] but I mean it when I say you will want to add this to your beard collection.
Very important things to remember though, these are rigged for those heads, meaning the only way to adjust shape is using your head sliders, the beard is NOT resizable. The great part is you won’t need to do much if anything at all, but if you do, use your head sliders, don’t hunt for an option on the HUD that you won’t find. The video below showcases all of the wonderful features of the beard including all of the colors, the HUD layout (if you’ve used [MAGNIFICENT] products you already know it), and anything else you’d want to see. I went with a more vibrant shot again, we’ll get back to some dark and gloomy stuff eventually, but we’re gonna get as much color as we can this month. FOXCITY‘s Birth of Venus Photo Booth ended up being the perfect option for what I wanted to do. I wanted some colorful backdrop that wasn’t just a flat surface and though I ended up with just a torso shot, I played around with a few different options before settling on this one. I turned back to Man Cave to get a new head skin for this shot with STRAY DOG‘s newest offering PAUL. I also picked up their PAUL HDBrows to put with it because the options are great. Then I had to find a pose and I went through a few different options because I really wasn’t sure. Once again we’re back at Man Cave with Secret Poses‘ Kened Pose Set. I thought about doing something sitting or laying with their other offering the Luke Pose Set, but the torso shot ended up just being the right one.
This wouldn’t be my style of post if I kept it all on brands and items, would it? Of course not, and it’s not that I don’t love talking about amazing creations because I do, but I like to be myself and part of that is not saying this is great, and here’s the credits. Respect as always to those who can do posts every single day and have the photos be excellent and the credits on point, I just can’t do it. The real world has been insanely busy this month so far. Between my Second Life time, WoW time, and things in the real world, I’ve had a hard time finding free time to just think or listen to music. It’s been good to be busy but I’m thankful to have a bit of a break today to get some stuff done that I want to. I hope Pride Month has been good to you if you’re participating, I hope your Father’s Day was good (Animal dads and Mom dads count just as much, all the Dads if you’re doing the role props to you) and if your Dad is up above know he’s proud of you (trust me on that one), and of course today we remember Juneteenth and all of the lives lost and damaged by our past decisions.
