Music. Music, music, music. I know I sound a bit crazy here but I don’t know where I would be this year without music. I could probably say that about any and every year over the last twenty but it’s more true than ever this year. So much has gone on with people passing away, life changes, obligations, you name it really (I’m sure this applies to most of us if not all), and music has been the one constant. No matter what type of mood it’s been or where my mind has been there has always been an album, an artist, or a playlist I could turn to quiet my mind. It’s a universal language that we can all relate to and share together.
There’s a lot of new in today’s post. We’ve got a new pose set from B(u)Y Me Poses available at Man Cave, and [MAGNIFICENT] has a new hair at Man Cave, as well as a new beard at The Mens Dept! Let’s start with the pose because it truly formed the basis of this entire idea. So in my SL home, I have my office which is a cross between Game of Thrones, World of Warcraft, Music stuff, and more. I figured instead of using a backdrop that I would have to find, why not shoot in the house where it’s truly in my element. The My Escape pose set was the perfect set to use for this. The name alone is really exactly what I would say music is for me. My escape from whatever is going on at the time. It has five poses in it, each with a mirrored version, as well as the amp and headphones to pull off the entire setup in one easy package. You can pick it up at this month’s round of Man Cave with runs until December 11th.
Then we have the new things from [MAGNIFICENT]! First off we have the QUAD-ACES beard at this month’s round of The Mens Dept until November 30th. It is an unrigged beard with 4 different beard styles (Skinny, Regular, Muscular, and Curvy) that are suitable for all heads and can be adjusted and resized to fit. It comes in black, brown, white, and a salt’n’pepper colors as well as a color picker for tinting on the Fatpack version. Finally, we have the brand spanking new RAGNAR Buns hair available at this month’s round of Man Cave (November 17-December 11).
You’ll remember the THOR hair from a ways back and RAGNAR is a great follow-up to it. It has three hairstyles to it, a short, mid-long, and long bun that is worn along with a custom hairbase by EAGLELUX that can be matched up with any of the color options. As is the usual we have three color packs (black & brown, blond & ginger, and white & salt’n’pep) along with the fatpack that includes a color tinting as well as color options for the hair band. I highly recommend checking it out, I know it will be a staple in my styling for the future because it’s just that good.
