This won’t be as long as the last one was I can promise that. This is more of a I liked this stuff kind of post and wanted to write more about it. I don’t often change my look in Second Life. I’ll tweak something a bit here and there but full scale change is rarely ever a thing. Needless to say I’ve very clearly decided to stick with ginger roots and that isn’t going to change at all. It just fits and I’m kind of used to it at this point. When I logged back in after months of not being online, I knew I’d be having to look at what had come out while I was away and thankfully for my wallet, I didn’t have to spend a ton. I picked up a few new things clothing wise, but they just added to what I have. I left the rest alone because I was figured there wasn’t much point in changing a lot since I didn’t know what I even wanted to do, and still don’t. The other night I finally did update to a newer Stray Dog skin for my head, that being Greg. It seemed to fit the ginger Lucky vibe I have had going on and brought it forward just a bit. Yesterday I took a bigger plunge and flipped form LeLutka’s Skyler head to their new Noa head that you’ll find at Skin Fair 2022. I have to say I didn’t even bother demoing it. (I’m not saying you shouldn’t I just didn’t). I looked at the ad, said yeah I think this’ll be good, and here we are. I found it to be a very nice change, subtle as it may be, but LeLutka never disappoints. Topped off the shot with simple yet timeless <Kalback> Cargo Joggers in grey cause we all know grey is the go to color.
When it comes to ideas and what the future may hold in regards to anything. I don’t really have a plan for my virtual self after a decade plus of SL. It’s kind of nice and kind of weird at the same time. I’ve done a lot in the time that I’ve been on the grid. I’ve blogged, I’ve modeled, I’ve DJ’d, I’ve hosted, I’ve run businesses, I’ve RP’d, you name it I’ve probably done it. I don’t know -what- exactly I want to be doing this go round. Maybe a little of whatever feels right? I’ve messed around with the idea of coming back to DJing again. Not on a massive scale but the idea has struck a few times. I definitely loved doing it and being able to put on a show. Music is one of those things that I just naturally love and being able to share something like that with a group of people was a lot more fun than I expected. Maybe there’s a comeback for that. I don’t know what or where but I can always figure that out. We’ll see when the time is right. Credits are below. Enjoy.
