I took this picture way back in February and loved it but never got the time to blog it. It was only the second time I really tried a lot of new things on a photo. Over time I completely forgot that I had it and only recently remembered. Now usually I wouldn’t go back to things from that long ago but the [Deadwool] Peak Suit is still such a staple in terms of men’s clothing that I think it’s still reasonable. So let’s call this kind of a retrospective type post.
Since it’s release there have been two additional styles of the Peak Suit released. Both the Tux and Royal versions of the suit have different textures and shirt/tie addons. The best part is since all of the parts (Suit Coat, Shirt/Tie, Pants) are separate you can mix and match between all three! I’ve shown a few different styles off since they released and in my opinion there isn’t a suit that tops them. Masa Plympton has always done great work and these are no different. THEN there were more additions released. The Ed shirts are absolutely gorgeous and each color gives you multiple options. They come with a hud that allows you to change both the texture of the suspenders as well as the metal parts. My post on the Ed shirt can be found here. The original release featured 8 different colors with additional releases of the striped shirts and the polka dotted shirts this month at the [Deadwool] store and The Mens Dept. Just like the plain shirts they both include a hud to change the suspenders and metals.
In addition to the Ed shirts, [Deadwool] just released the Henley Shirt at a new event called U L T R A from Roman Godde of The SL Registry. It runs from May 15 to June 15 and every other month after that. The Henley comes in 7 different colors and includes a hud that allows you to change the under shirt color to one of 10 different color options or hide it completely.
