Silvertide – Nothing Stays
Welcome to round 2 of hey we’re doing a group shot. What you see above is another of the ideas that we had for a group setup. Now I know how this could seem and yes it is indeed a strip club style setup. But we wanted to make sure we kept it more on the classy side vs a dirty standard setup. I wasn’t willing to go that direction and the other participants were in agreement with that. I know Stef’s post is already up and I think Brennan is working on his. Brenna took some shots as well so maybe they’ll show up soon too.
Now knowing we we’re planning to shoot this you’d think I’d have done my normal routine of writing my thoughts down before I shot, but nope. This one didn’t really allow me that time with everything that was going on around the same point. So here we are in the middle of the day again. The idea was fun to put together, and I think saying put together is making it sound more difficult than it was really. We had a backdrop and shifted a few things in it around but the rest was just posing and adjustments. Nothing major in the big scheme of things.
The guys picked up some poses (which were at the previous round of Man Cave, now I would hope they’re at the WRONG mainstore.) We combined them with the backdrop from Anxiety and the girls picked up some poses from FOXCITY to pull their unique roles off. I’d get into the clothing but well there are some things that even I don’t know and that happens to be one of them. I went simple and standard with the Hart suit from [Deadwool] because if I’m keeping it classy that’s the direction I head. Always. Brennan also rocked some [Deadwool] but you’ll have to find that in his post if/when if shows up.
It has been quite the week of change around these parts. I have made a multitude of changes to my life in just about every facet and I’m pretty damn content with where it all sits currently. There are always some negatives to things and I’m working my way through weeding those out as time goes on. As you read in my last post I most definitely change my stance on SL relationships. That was one that took some working at because I was quite dead set against the idea. But in the end she won out and I don’t regret that.
It probably helps that things started out slowly, not knowing each other at all outside of blogs. Then we started to talk, and it grew from there. Even still I was on the fence until very recently. Now she’s decorating the house and I’m just appreciative of what seems to be a strong solid connection. For now it’s back to tearing houses apart and reconfiguring that side of life because what kind of guy would I be if I left her to do it all by herself. Here’s to hoping it doesn’t take too long. In the end though as long as it turns out right, I guess the amount of time doesn’t matter as much right? Like Silvertide says Nothing Stays. Well unless you want it to, then… -L
