It’s nearing the end of November and Men Only Monthly is right on the horizon. The season in the northern United States is beginning to change from autumn to winter. That of course means it’s time to pull out the warmer clothes and get ready for snow!
I have to be honest, unlike Portia I am not a huge fan of the snow. I think that’s mostly because I get cold easily. I am, however, quite fond of autumn. It just has the beautiful middle ground for temperature and scenery. Nothing is like seeing the trees all in different hues of red, orange, and yellow. It’s a sight to see.
Here in Second Life we can have it any season we like. I have a great joy finding places on the grid that follow the seasons as we do in the real world. I’ll get to my outfit in a moment, but I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t highlight Blithe. It is a lovely two sim region put together by the wonderful Harlow Heslop. I love that it changes with the seasons and the best part is by joining the group (it’s so worth L$250) you can rez to take photos there! I took advantage of that today for the first time.
The outfit came together pretty easily this time around. My amazing vest & sweater combination is a new item from sharp by [ZD]. Kay Winter Gilet will be available at November’s edition of Men Only Monthly. It features a hud that allows you to change the color of the sweater to one of six options.
